Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff allowed me to store my luggage before check-in. That was useful.
The breakfast was really underwhelming (I mean, really). The bread was hard, and the coffee tasted cheap. My room had issues. The air conditioning unit was loud and impossible to turn off, and the curtains did not fully block out the light, annoying.

The team. The breakfast had fresh items! The pastries stood out, they tasted amazing. I really loved the variety.
The location was a bit out of the centre, which I found slightly inconvenient. The showers need better cleaning. I noticed black mould on the ceilings!

the room seemed a little small. it did not impact my trip so much.

The staff was very courteous.
The room had a strange smell like it had been packed for ages, i did not like it. The air conditioning did not work so the temperatures were still mild during the night. The remote control did not work either, annoying.
